Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
- Place the chicken in the crockpot.
- Add barbecue sauce, onions, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
