Instructions

- In another bowl, combine gluten-free flour, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder.
- Combine both mixtures and stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
