Decadent oatmeal fudge bars are rich and chewy treats made with layers of oats and chocolate fudge.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the pressed layer.
- Top with remaining oat mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can substitute chocolate chips with nuts or dried fruit.
