- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb beef steak, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced steak, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until steak is browned and vegetables are tender.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooked pasta with the steak mixture.
- Add shredded provolone cheese on top. Cover until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
