Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup smoked salmon
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup olives, pitted and sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Toast the baguette slices for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. Spread cream cheese on each toasted slice.
  4. Top with smoked salmon, capers, and dill.
  5. Add cucumber slices on some and cherry tomatoes on others.
  6. Finish with olives on top of the canapés.
  7. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
