- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each peanut butter ball into the chocolate, covering it completely.
- Return to the baking sheet and let cool until chocolate hardens.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- Make sure the peanut butter is smooth for easier mixing.
- Use a toothpick to dip the balls in chocolate for better coverage.
- Let the chocolate cool completely before serving.
