Instructions
- Grate the cheeses and mix them in a bowl.
- In a pot, combine wine and garlic; heat until simmering.
- Add the cheese mixture gradually, stirring constantly.
- Mix lemon juice and cornstarch in a small bowl, then add to the cheese.
- Stir until the cheese melts and becomes smooth.
- Add kirsch and stir well.
- Transfer to a fondue pot and serve with dippers.
