Description
A classic Ohio treat made with peanut butter and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar gradually, mixing until combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave until smooth.
- Dip each peanut butter ball in the chocolate, covering completely.
- Place the chocolate-coated balls back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- These can be frozen for longer storage.
- Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
