Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine quinoa, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and red onion.
- Add cilantro, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the mixture until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
