- 1 cup of melted butter
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced jalapeños
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pop the popcorn kernels in an air popper or on the stove.
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Add the popcorn to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Add grated cheese and jalapeños, mixing well.
- Spread the popcorn mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
