Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough and cut into small pieces.
- Mix cheese, bacon, and green onions. Place a spoonful in each dough piece.
- Shape the dough pieces into balls and arrange them in a football shape on a baking sheet.
- Let the shaped dough rise for 20 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
