Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz)
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt cream cheese over low heat.
  2. Add cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, stirring until melted.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, sausage, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 5-10 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
