A creamy and cheesy football queso dip perfect for game day.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (10 oz)
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt cream cheese over low heat.
- Add cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, stirring until melted.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, sausage, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 5-10 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by using mild or hot diced tomatoes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Reheat in the microwave or on the stove before serving.
