Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a football shape.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Once chilled, roll the cheeseball in chopped pecans and parsley.
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
