- 2 teaspoons garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the chicken wings in the spice mixture until well coated.
- Place the wings on the smoker rack.
- Smoke the wings for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Brush the wings with barbecue sauce during the last 30 minutes of smoking.
- Remove wings from the smoker and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
