- 2 lbs beef brisket
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup coleslaw
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the brisket with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
- Place the brisket in a roasting pan and top with sautéed onion and garlic.
- Pour beef broth, barbecue sauce, and Worcestershire sauce over the brisket.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 3-4 hours, until tender.
- Remove the brisket and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve on buns with coleslaw.

- This dish can be made a day ahead.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
