Delicious and easy meals for football Sundays made in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken thighs in the crock pot.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic on top.
- Pour in barbecue sauce and chicken broth.
- Sprinkle smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
- Serve with buns or over rice.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Serve with coleslaw for a complete meal.
