Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
  8. In a bowl, mix marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar.
  9. Spread the filling between two cookies to form sandwiches.
