Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until just combined, then form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
