Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined, then form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Return to the oven and bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Notes
- Serve with crusty bread.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
