Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- Dip the lobster tails in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place the coated lobster tails in the hot oil.
- Fry for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.

- Ensure the oil is hot enough to avoid sogginess.
- Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
