Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
  5. Dip the lobster tails in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Carefully place the coated lobster tails in the hot oil.
  7. Fry for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  9. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
