- 4 frozen lobster tails
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Thaw the lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the top of the lobster shell down the center to expose the meat.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix in garlic and lemon juice.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Serve with remaining butter sauce.
