Ingredients

- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1/4 cup of dry rub seasoning
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- Wood chips for smoking
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Apply salt and pepper to the ribs.
- Coat ribs with dry rub seasoning.
- Place ribs in the smoker and add wood chips.
- Smoke for 5 hours, spritzing with water every hour.
- Brush BBQ sauce on ribs and smoke for an additional 30 minutes.
- Remove ribs and let them rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use hickory or apple wood chips for added flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on rib thickness.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
