Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (gluten-free)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be kept for a few days.
- Consider adding nuts or fruit for variety.
