  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons water (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, molasses, and egg.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  6. Spread butter over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and water for icing and drizzle over warm rolls.
