Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, molasses, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with syrup or toppings of your choice.
