- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup ground ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/4 tsp cloves

- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar together.
- Add flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let them cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
- For a different flavor, try adding other nuts or spices.
