- 1 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed gingerbread cookies and cream cheese.
- Add melted chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and powdered sugar. Mix well.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Coat the truffles in additional melted chocolate, if desired.
- Let them set on parchment paper until firm.

- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
