- 1 fully cooked ham (5–7 pounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, mustard, vinegar, cloves, and cinnamon.
- Brush the glaze over the ham.
- Cover the ham with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting with the glaze every 10 minutes.
- Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before carving.
