Description
A refreshing cucumber salad inspired by grandma’s recipe.
Ingredients

- 4 medium cucumbers, sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, and cherry tomatoes.
- Add the chopped dill.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can be made a day ahead for better flavor.
