Description

Greek marinated chicken kabobs are flavorful skewers of chicken marinated in a blend of Greek herbs and spices.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 onion, cut into squares

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Add chicken to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
  5. Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • Serve with tzatziki sauce for added flavor.
