Description
Greek marinated chicken kabobs are flavorful skewers of chicken marinated in a blend of Greek herbs and spices.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 onion, cut into squares
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add chicken to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
- Grill the kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Serve with tzatziki sauce for added flavor.
