Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Trim the ends of the green beans.
  2. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes.
  3. Drain and transfer to ice water to stop cooking.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add almonds and cook until golden brown.
  7. Stir in green beans and cook until heated through.
