  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  3. Add steak cubes to the bowl and coat them with the marinade.
  4. Thread the steak and asparagus onto skewers, alternating between them.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until steak is cooked to your liking.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
