- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Sour cream for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Spread the beef mixture and sprinkle cheese on half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Cut into wedges and serve with sour cream.
