- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the yellow cake mix according to package instructions.
- Bake in a 9×13 inch pan for 25-30 minutes.
- Once baked, let it cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes in the cake using a fork.
- Pour coconut milk over the cake, filling the holes.
- Spread crushed pineapple over the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with shredded coconut and macadamia nuts.
- Serve chilled.
