A selection of healthy, low-carb snacks perfect for a football party.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup of cauliflower florets
- 1 cup of shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of celery, diced
- 1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, celery, green onions, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the steamed cauliflower with the chicken mixture.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute chicken with turkey or tofu for a different flavor.
- Serve with low-carb dips or sauces.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
