Description

Healthy snacks for Valentine’s Day that are both delicious and nutritious.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries.
  2. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  3. Dip strawberries in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
  4. Let chocolate set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  6. Serve yogurt mixture with almonds and dried cranberries as toppings.
