Healthy snacks for Valentine’s Day that are both delicious and nutritious.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip strawberries in melted chocolate and place on parchment paper.
- Let chocolate set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Serve yogurt mixture with almonds and dried cranberries as toppings.
Notes
- Use any preferred fruits for dipping.
- Adjust sweetness of yogurt to taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
