Description

A plant-based alternative to lobster using hearts of palm.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of hearts of palm, drained and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the sliced hearts of palm and coat well.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Serve warm as a seafood substitute.
