Description
A plant-based alternative to lobster using hearts of palm.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can of hearts of palm, drained and sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sliced hearts of palm and coat well.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm as a seafood substitute.

- Can be served with vegan butter.
- Pairs well with garlic bread.
- Great for salads or tacos.
