Ingredients

- 2 lobster tails
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or hibachi.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture on the lobster tails.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
