Description
A tasty blend of chicken, vegetables, and a sweet and spicy honey sriracha sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix honey, sriracha, and soy sauce.
- Pour sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stir to coat.
- Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm over rice or noodles.

- Adjust sriracha for desired spice level.
- Use fresh vegetables for best flavor.
