These irresistible s’mores hand pies combine the classic flavors of s’mores in a portable treat.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and diced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in cold water until dough forms.
- Wrap dough in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Cut dough into circles.
- On half of the circles, layer chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Top with remaining circles and seal edges.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use a fork to seal the edges securely.
- Experiment with different chocolate types.
