Description
A traditional Italian Christmas dinner featuring multiple courses.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 kg of pasta
- 500 g of ricotta cheese
- 200 g of grated parmesan
- 500 g of assorted seafood
- 1 kg of meat (beef or pork)
- 2 kg of vegetables (broccoli, carrots, etc.)
- 1 bottle of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the seafood by cleaning and seasoning it.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic.
- Add seafood to the pan and cook until done.
- Mix ricotta cheese and parmesan in a bowl.
- Layer pasta, seafood, and cheese mixture in a baking dish.
- Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Cook vegetables in boiling water until tender.
- Serve the meat with a side of vegetables.
- Finish with lemon juice and seasoning.
