Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the seafood by cleaning and seasoning it.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic.
  4. Add seafood to the pan and cook until done.
  5. Mix ricotta cheese and parmesan in a bowl.
  6. Layer pasta, seafood, and cheese mixture in a baking dish.
  7. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  8. Cook vegetables in boiling water until tender.
  9. Serve the meat with a side of vegetables.
  10. Finish with lemon juice and seasoning.
