Instructions
- Boil eggs for 10 minutes, then cool and peel them.
- In a bowl, mash the eggs and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Spread butter on the bread slices.
- Place the egg mixture on two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining bread slices.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
