Classic KFC coleslaw recipe with a creamy dressing.
Ingredients

- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/8 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Shred the cabbage and grate the carrots.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, milk, buttermilk, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cabbage and carrots in a large bowl.
- Add the dressing to the cabbage and carrots.
- Toss until everything is well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
