Instructions
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add soy sauce and brown sugar, mixing well.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked rice and top with vegetables and green onions.
