Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in cooked rice and soy sauce.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add green onions, mix well.
  7. If using, push rice to one side, crack the egg, scramble and mix with rice.
