A delicious and visually appealing lamington wreath dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a wreath-shaped cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Add melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Once cooled, dip the cake in melted chocolate.
- Roll the chocolate-covered cake in shredded coconut.
- Place on a serving platter and decorate as desired.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Customize with different toppings if desired.
