Ingredients

  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet.
  2. Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
  3. Add beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  5. Add broken lasagna noodles and cook for another 30 minutes.
  6. Stir in ricotta and mozzarella cheese before serving.
