Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters, cooked and shelled
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, melt butter and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  2. Add tomato paste and paprika, stirring for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in white wine and let it reduce by half.
  4. Add seafood stock and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add lobster meat and heat through.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with lobster pieces.
