Description

A creamy and rich pasta dish featuring lobster and a carbonara sauce.


Ingredients

  • 320g spaghetti
  • 200g lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 50g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks, cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add lobster meat to the pan and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Drain spaghetti and add it to the pan with lobster.
  6. Remove the pan from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture.
  7. Adjust seasoning and serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
