- 2 live lobsters (1.5 pounds each)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red.
- Remove lobsters and let them cool slightly.
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Split the lobsters in half and brush with the garlic butter mixture.
- Broil the lobsters for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve immediately with remaining butter sauce.
