Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add lobsters and cook for 8-10 minutes until they turn bright red.
  3. Remove lobsters and let them cool slightly.
  4. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  7. Split the lobsters in half and brush with the garlic butter mixture.
  8. Broil the lobsters for 5 minutes until heated through.
