- 2 lobsters (about 1.5 pounds each)
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the lobsters and cook for about 10-12 minutes until they turn bright red.
- In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drain the lobsters and let them cool slightly.
- Split the lobsters in half and brush the garlic butter mixture over the meat.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the lobsters for about 5 minutes, meat side down.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
